Thomson has acted as a consumer privacy ombudsman in 25 federal bankruptcy cases since 2008, according to her LinkedIn page. Celsius received approval for its bidding at the start of this week, which set the dates and deadlines for a potential sale.
On June 13, digital asset lending platform Celsius Network announced that it would suspend all withdrawals, swaps and transfers between accounts due to extreme market conditions.
