KingData News: According to the CFTC's official website, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a lawsuit against bZeroX and bZx Protocol's current decentralized autonomous organization, Ooki DAO. It is reported that in August of last year, bZeroX transferred control of bZx Protocol to bZx DAO, which subsequently changed its name to Ooki DAO. The CFTC charged bZeroX and Ooki DAO with providing illegal over-the-counter digital asset trading, violating registration and failing to comply with bank secrecy laws, and the CFTC demanded that bZeroX pay a $250,000 civil penalty and cease further illegal activity on these counts.
